The former X Factor winner dated future judge on the show Rita Ora after they met back in 2013.
Sadly their short-lived romance came to an end after just a matter of months, with James Arthur now admitting he "sabotaged" his time with her.
James has been open about his struggles with depression and anxiety following his X Factor win 2013 and has now written Back To The Boy to give his tips on dealing with mental health issues.
"I felt like I needed to help other people who were struggling with mental health issues. In order to get to know the man, you’ve got to get to know the boy. I only wanted to do it if I was candid and open and honest," he said of his new project.

James Arthur has admitted that his relationship with Rita Ora (which yes, actually did happen) didn't exactly end on the best of terms.
In his book Back To The Boy, James wrote: ‘Rita seemed really, really into me, but I still couldn’t quite believe it.
